Since I was a 6th grader (15 yrs ago), I have suffered from back pain and stiffness. I saw a doctor who told me I had some curvature, as well as a compression fracture in the upper part of my spine. The doctor said the pain I was experiencing was not from these reasons, and told me it was all in my head. I was devastated, and never brought it up with a doctor again.
I am now 28 years old, and feel like I'm trapped in the body of a 70 year old. I can't help but be terrified of what I'll feel like in a decade or two! This is why I'm finally asking for help. I The pain is constant and in several joints. It is rare that I do NOT have a headache, my muscles feel like bridge cables, especially my neck muscles. Its excruciating to crane my head back, and head rotation is limited. Every joint in my body cracks; a deep breath or sneeze makes my back pop, when I get up from sitting, it sounds like fireworks as my ankles, knees, hip, wrists and elbows usually crack at the same time. My knees hurt most of all. Im a healthy weight (5'9" 145 lbs) and I just dont know what the ***l is wrong with me! I know this is not in my head. Other problems I have are bad eyesight and hearing, migraines, and tiny bladder :) don't know if any of it correlates. I would appreciate ANY and ALL feedback thank you
