Is this anything to be concerned about?

On Christmas Day, I was greeted by a somewhat painful lump in the palm of my right hand. My hands always hurt (osteoarthritis). Also, there is a calcium deposit on the bottom of my left foot which seems to have enlarged. There is another tiny one on my other foot (calcium?). I have been feeling very weak.
