Iam 30 , gay & have been sexually active for the last 15 yrs - though have never had anal intercourse , have always been unprotected during oral & otherwise . Though have not experienced any of the following symptoms for more than 3 yrs. now , they were there earlier ( between 7 & 4 yrs back )

a) A thick smelly yellowish discharge from the penis accompanied with severe itching & swelling of the foreskin around the head - this would significantly increase on days when i was constipated / had some other related problem ( indigestion for eg ) - wonder if it's related??
b) Ulcers in the inside of the lower lip - again these would surface on days when i had un unclear / upset stomach
c) A lump in the underarm , lightly painful - very rarely experienced ; but am still mentioning it.
d) A lesion on the penis - this has been there since my masturbating days & actually developed as a scar/an injury on the foreskin ( hardly ever used lube )

I may also mention here that I have a tight foreskin & though have never visited any doctor for a diagnosis on phimosis - it is certainly very painful at times .

The last 2 yrs especially , i've remained clean & faithful to my partner & have actually not experienced any of the above . ALso ; just so that all bases are covered , was also given to binge drinking in my early 20s . Some nights of weed as well but have never smoked a cigerette .

thank you & hopefully am fine since to repeat myself , these symptoms have not been seen for more than 3 yrs now .

  • you know the answer; why don't you see a doctor??? You need a full STD screening only to find out which one you have. Don't rule out syphilis, either. STD clinics are even free at the county health department.
