last week (sunday) my son (7yo) had a fever (38-39.5 ccentigrade). it doesnt go down completely with paracetamol just around 37.8. we went to the doctor on tue and he was diagnosed with EXUDATIVE TONSILITIS. he was given co-amoxiclav and paracetamol.. he was fine on saturday..
on the next day (sunday). i felt sick. it seems that i got the tonsilitis. so i skip the doctor and took the meds he's taking only giving it a higher dose. monday came, i got the same not so much responsive to paracetamol symptom like he had.. BUT i have bloodshot eyes. continued my meds anyway + over the counter eyedrops for red eyes -which never worked.. tuesday came. i had a boil down below which pretty much subsided now..
also tuesday, my son's leg began to hurt. he just suddenly cried around 8pm because it hurt. massage seemed to easen it.. 11pm he woke up crying again because of this leg pain.. i massaged it also and he slept. 2am of wed he woke up again crying of the pain.. i dont know what to do so i searched the internet for answers.. i tried to ask what kind of pain but he's just 7=( i was so ready to take him to the emergency section because he said he wants to go to the doctor but when i massage it, he becomes ok..
were a little tight on the budget so im trying to rule out things so when i go to the doctor, he wont make us do unnecessary tests.. or if it isnt necessary to go to the doctor, much better... please help.
