Have been having very irregular menstrual bleeding for a few years now. I've actually been experiencing hemorrhaging during the actual menstrual cycle for several days where I would bleed through tampons, pads, underwear, and pants almost every hour/two. I've also had bleeding for several months straight or spotting in between periods. I have had menstrual cramps, back/hip pain, headaches, anemia (obviously), bloating, and depression. I also have recurring BV and low grade HPV (which seems to remain unchanged at the moment thankfully). I just recently had a vaginal ultrasound which showed that I have a rather large blood filled cyst on my ovary. A few years ago I had laproscopic surgery to check for endometriosis because my sister had to have an early histerectomy d/t endometriosis. The doctor said that there was a small spot where she found some scaring but didn't think this was the case. She did turn out to be very unreliable. So I'm wondering if maybe I could have endometriosis?? I'd like to avoid the surgery again if possible. Wondering if anyone may have had similar experience/symptoms?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
