in addition to changing living habits, what should i have to do else?

as a prostatitis patient, i know i have to do much to change my living habit such as saying goodbye to spicy food, doing more exercises, avoiding drinking and smoking and so on, but i know i also have to take pills to cure them. but the treatment of prostatitis is too much. can anyone tell me what is the best treatment of prostatitis? is antibiotic or herbal medicine?
