my mum told me that when i was a baby i would be constantly throwing up and crying. a doctor told her to try lots of things and not eating dairy was one of them. it worked. now, everything i eat has to be checked and i really hate it. my little sister is 10 and she has to check her food aswell.
all i want to know is, is there a way that i will ever be able to have dairy products without having to use lactase tablets/drops?
