I suffer from anxiety attacks, bulemia, have to count my medication daily, I drink to reduce stress, 1-5 drinks a night. I feel like I am dying constantly, check my b/p often, I get the sensation of falling ALOT, feel dizzy, feel like I am choking, have trouble catching my breath. my pulse ranges from 42-55, on a beta blocker for b/p, Atenolol, When in crowds I panic, and I constantly worry about urine output. I ask all around me how much they "pee" Am I crazy or what?! On a good day my b/p is 116/70, pulse 43.

On most days I feel like I am going crazy!
Any suggestions?

  • Maybe...but you recognize that you are not normal, so you are ahead of the game. Try to jump outside yourself and view the bigger picture of life on the planet. Try to determine what in your childhood has affected you as an adult and change your reaction. Try support groups. Meditate. Do yoga or martial arts. Get busy with a passion for something. Change your friends. Take a class, painting or something. Get a good check up. See an acupuncturist. Try AA. Drinking will kill all hopes of happiness, you know that.
