since middle to late september i've been having sleep problems and i don't know why
first I was not falling asleep until early morning one night then the next day or two i'd sleep for 12 hr. stretch this went on around 3weeks
then I went on vacation the with same pattern without getting long
sleeps as we were touring and i couldn't sleep in the mornings late.
when i came back oct.10 since then i've been up everynite till 4:30 or 5:30...it's very difficult to get to sleep but now i've given in to it and have started writing a novel ...i don't mind staying up all nite except it disrupts my time with husband and work(self employed but still)
of course there's a lot more to say but does anyone recognise this and have an easy answer.
I'd like to be tired and ready to sleep at 11pm.:rolleyes:
