I guess to set the stage. I have always gone for about 2.5 mile runs about 3-4 times a week, and train muscle groups in the gym, and I'll am pretty confident in knowing when I have pushed my limits to point where I know I should be sore the next day(s). About a week ago I went on a normal run and that night my legs were sore (this doesn't happen to me), I run the same route all of the time. Anyway, the next day the soreness went away but my legs still felt weak. I ran the day after that and it happened again. So, I have been taking it easy for the last four days, and in those days I am now experiencing pins and needles in my feet (not overly bothersome), some twitching in my calves (on occasion), and just a weird overall feeling in my legs, they just don't feel right, if anyone knows what I mean. I love to be active, but I don't want this to continually happen. Poor me (I know I am whining a bit) I would appreciate any help.
