A couple of months ago, I started to get very light headed at times; it happens periodically and it doesn't occur when standing fast or bending - it can happen while sitting down, lying down.....then the sore muscles started and that is somewhat terrible. I am fine one day, the next my leg muscles are so sore (not from over exertion either) and it has awakened me at night also. No diet problems, I do not have a potassium deficiency, I eat meat and dairy along with fruit and veggies; I don't have any health issues other than being on thyroid replacement therapy and high blood pressure medication and my blood pressue is under control with the medication. What on earth could cause such muscle discomfort - I can compare it to thinking I was coming down with the flu - you know, that achy, muscle discomfort type of feeling. Any ideas? I am going to the doctor in January.:confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
