I have chronic pains over 40 years!
Hello to all,
I have got with 16 years sinusitis maxill. (in the face) inflammation. It was second year, I went to the school by train. My fault was also, that I have walked on the rain without umbrella.
In that time I had no idea, that there is something more, than just sinusitis. With 25 years I was in abroad and went first time to one Neurologist. He didn't talk to much, he has seen on my face (strange swollen, totally different from my normal face) what is here going about. He gave me one injection on the place between neck and shoulder. My pains were over in 20 minutes. All pressure in the eyes and cheekbones disappeared. I felt, as some stone was away from my face. Also my look totally changed (I am studying all kind of pains, but something like that have never seen or heard). As I remember, diagnosis was:
For five years I was good. I came back to my country, forgot what Neurologist has told me. My pains came slowly back. I went again to ORL doctors. They wrote simple diagnosis: Rhinitis vasomotoria. I took many drops and pills. Each day was worse.
Twenty years ago I was in the ORL hospital and have got 5 diagnosis:
1. Sinusitis maxill.chr. cath.
2. Rhinitis chr.hypertr.et sicca anter
3. Pharyngolaryngitis chr. cath.
4. Cath. tub.chr.bilat.
5. Septi nasi deviatio (operated 1990, more pains after)
I have sent all those diagnosis to abroad, where are very good doctors. I have got answer, to find the cause.
1989 I have started with searching.
During all years, I have got more diagnosis:
1. Hypotireosis (1989)
2. Spondylarthrosis (both of them were not the cause) (1993)
3. Rhinosinusitis vasomotoria
4. Neuralgia Trigeminal, 1. 2. (3. and 4. wrote ORL doctor) (1994)
5. Atrophy, Head CT (1994)
5. Neuralgia Suprascapularis(1996)
6. Neuralgia Occipital (1998)
7. Enthesopatia levator scapula (1998), muscle should be injured!
8. Neuralgia Trigeminal, 1, 2. (2001 first time from the Neurologist)
9. 3 cm great areal sclerosis on the right Occipital, Head CT. Ganglion
Gasseri was ok. That means, my TN was atypical (nobody knows the
cause). Again Head Atrophy. (2001)
10. Benign tumour on the right shoulder joint (X-rays) (2004)
11. Vein, 10x11mm on the right side of the head, MRI (2006)
All those diagnosis didn't help to find the cause.
In-between time, from 1996 - 2002 I was by Chiropractors (Russian Neurologists and Orthopaedists). Neurologist was the best: he told me 1998, that muscle makes pressure on the nerve that is going into Sinusitis, and from Sinusitis I have Trigeminal Neuralgia.
He was here only two years. He did help me with injection on the same place, as Neurologist in abroad. This time only for 6 months.
Orthopaedists told me, I have Trigger Points on 6 places and they send pains all over head, neck, face and shoulder.
I have tried all possible kinds of therapies, also Alternative medicine. Most of them (also medical doctors) told me, all is from the neck muscles.
The last visit was strange: the man doing special kind of treatment told me, my Hypophyse is not good. There is nerve coming out and is the cause for the muscle and all else. My pains come behind right ear one part goes to the right eye and other part down to the shoulder. On that place is muscle always swollen. I am swollen in the face, as also bellow my chin (water in the lymph’s).
I have steady eyes (all, more right side), face and neck, back head, shoulder and top head pains. On the top of the head have feeling, as there is snake, also all around the head.
From 1998 until December 2000 there was help from two drugs: Sirdalud, 4mg and Tramal, 500mg. After that nothing: no drugs, no therapy and I had to leave my job, May 2001.
I have tried suicide more times. Was in different hospitals more times. Nobody did help me. I am very tired, sleepy and have to go to the bed at 8:30 pm.
In the morning take one drug for Thyroid.
During the day, since 2 years, drug from UK twice a day, with Hydrochloride (for decongestion of the mucous membrane).
In the evening: 1 x drug for sleeping, 1 x for Muscle spasm (Rivotril) and 1 x Naproxen.
Now, I don't know what to do? That way, I can't live.
Is anybody there with the same problems? Please, write to me.
