cant sleep cause of drainage...
→ i know you gotta sleep to make your immune system strong......
→ drainage causes me not to sleep therefor i have a weak immune system...
eventually i feel better and sleep in on my days off or spare time.. off set hours...

i have acid reflux, so im on a set schedule, i dont eat after 10pm to eliminate acid production... but recently ive been waking up in my sleep, short of breath, wheezing, itchy chest, feels like my lungs don't inflate, tons of drainage (thought it was due to allergy's but now gone and drainage is still here),
coughing, mostly mucus... when i wake up in the morning just an odd odor will trigger me to regurgetate, eventually throwing up.. i noticed mucus in my vomit..

its not til when im fully awake and moving that it goes away.. after like the first hour or two from waking it goes away and my chest and lungs are just fine... its only during the late pm / early am hours...

im a daily smoker, i dont know if it has much to do with it?not cigarettes tho.. idk if that info helps? also i enjoy aerosol spray painting, would accidently inhale particles.. until recently bought myself a respirator 3M (NIOSH) approved..
im not asthmatic, have had bronchitis....

mainly im worried about...

→ how to relieve the itchy chest, vicks works only awhile...
→ what can i get for mucus relief... because drainage is annoying...

antihistamine isn't really my best friend... have not tried claritin.
