ok so I had a foot injury last year and couldnt walk for a few months, it was a sprain I guess. My feet just cramped up after wearing heels one day and then I had nerve damage. Now I wear orthotics, but it's been a year!!! and I'm still in pain, in both my feet! When will this stop? I also have pain in my legs and knees, my arms and elbows and hands at times. Is that arthritis? I've been told by the doctor that I have low Iron and he put me on 300mg a day , 3 times a day of ferratin Iron and b12, I also take vitamin d, acidophilous and iodine for my thyroid and NOW....THIS is great...the thing I feel stuck in my throat he said could be a bacteria and it may also be causing my joint pain, so now I'm taking more homeopathic drops. I'm so overwhelmed and depressed, I had to quit my job, and I'm starting to go nuts. Does anyone have any ideas for any of this? I feel like such a mess. I'm 28. Female.
