Hi I'm new here, just read your Active B-12 basics and many posts on this forum.

I've been in going through a very difficult period for the last 5 months with symptoms of mood swings, night terrors, incredible tensions and pressures in my head, chest, belly at various times. Some days I can hardly work or concentrate, because I'm so uncomfortable. Some of this has subsided but I can have a great day and then unexpectedly things shift. Anyway part of the treatment has been c B-12 shots every 3 - 5 days.

The first time the doc gave me shot it was 5 CC and after 4 hours all my symptoms vanished and I felt wonderful for about 2-3 hours. In the interim the other shots (1 CC) have not had this effect. Today, (I hadn't had one for about a week) I gave myself 1 cc and had the same experience as the first time. The intensity and constriction that has become pretty "normal" for me lifted and I felt radiant, energized, and emotionally available in a way that has been difficult for me to do normally (during this period). I felt more normal than I have for months. This began 4 hours after the shot and lasted for about 2 hours, and then dissipated back to my usual constricted, cut off, tense state. So I'm wondering if this could be the result of the "keyhole effect", or if any of you have any other thoughts about this. Having this happen again actually feels like a ray of hope.
