I know some of these symptoms are associated with PCOS but I feel like there is more to this, and I haven't been able to pinpoint it. I need someone else's view. Any suggestions, help, or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Mostly the dizziness, extreme fatigue, and unexplained bleeding are the most bothersome to me. I'm sure I have forgot to list something, but these are at the top of the list.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

  • Almost forgot one of the most important symptoms:My muscles always feel extremely fatigued. I exercise 3x a week, it takes all I have to do so. My joints and muscles are so tired when I get out of bed in the mornings - almost feeling like I slept on the hard floor. The joint stiffness subsides as the day goes by but the muscle exhaustion continues all day.
