40 yrs lady recently diagnosed to b having T.B.;Hypothyroid;Hypertensive;type 2 Diabetic;having hepatic abscess;for which she hasbeen taking medicines
recently took IV metronidazole for 1wk resulted in reduction of size of abscess frm 43mm-21mm then shifted to oral med for 1wk then the size increased again to the previous
for HTN she took ACE inhibitors initially later turned to other Anti hypertensives still not in control
for TB took medication for 15days according to DOTS cat 1 later stoped thinking wrongly diagnosed to b having TB.as advised by the physician
for Diabetes taking oral antihyperglycemics still FBS 220mg.
ENT examination done to ruleout post nasal drip no abnormality detected
