My son, Thomas, has just recently been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. He is 19 yrs old. When he was 3 days old he was diagnosed with Hirschprung's Disease, long segment and at age 4 went through the pull thru surgery. The total large intestines were removed. His bm's never became "normal" and has stayed very liquidy. I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has or knows of anyone that has both of these conditions. I just keep having the feeling that something is being missed and that he doesn't have both. Maybe it's the mommie part of me that hopes and prays it isn't, but I just don't get how it can be accurately diagnosed when the symptoms are so interchangeable. Please let me know if you have any information. Thanks!!:confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
