hip illeosecal distress

My gastroenterologist keeps finding large precancerous adenomatous polyps near the illeosecal valve, and is recommending a bowel resection; which I am refusing. I seem to be having more discomfort/pressure in the abdomen on the right side, over the illeosecal valve. In the last month, the pressure in my abdomen has moved to the front of my hip bone on the right side; that is I still have pressure over the valve, and am now feeling the same pressure over my hip.

My colonoscopy 3 days ago appeared much better than before, one very small polyp was found near the illeosecal area. I've been doing accupuncture and taking many vitamin and mineral supplements prescribed by a competent naturopath over the last six months. My accupuncturist thinks lthe pain is related to the psoaz muscle; I'm doubtful if this is true.

Any suggestions?
