Hemolytic Anemia

In March, I went to my PCP complaining of upper R back pain, extreme fatigue, lightheadedness, near-blackouts, vision changes, increased blood sugars, and intense irritability. She sent me to have an ultrasound, which revealed an enlarged spleen and liver, and also intraabdominal ascites. I then had a CT scan, and the radiologist did not find any enlargement on that...which is confusing to me...why would one test show this, yet not another?? My PCP also found that my blood counts are low and sent me to a Hematologist. My blood counts:

WBC: 4.8
RBC: 2.5
HGB: 8.5
HCT: 25.6
MCV: 99
MCHC: 31.6 (down from 37.4)
RDW: 12.6 (up from 11.1)
PLT: 261 (up from March which was 207)
Lymphocutes have dropped from 36 to 26
Monocytes dropped from 9 to 6
Eosonophils up from 1.14 to 2.90

My Hemotologist diagnosed me with Hemolytic Anemia (HA) however, he has yet to figure out which TYPE I have. Thinking it was of a spherical variety, he discovered that the RBCs are not fragile, but just the opposite. He has done a bone marrow biopsy, of which I am awaiting the results.

I had my gall bladder out just 3 weeks ago, and am recuperated from that. But the past couple of days, that same severe upper R back pain (almost muscular, yet pressure...) is back, severe and has nearly immobilized me to my recliner and/or bed. Also, I'm experiencing increasing headaches, which are pressure-headaches, during which I can "hear" the blood pulsating to my head. (Incidentally, my BP has been around 90/60...while for many years prior they've been 120/80). Also, my temps are running anywhere from 96.5 - 97.5F... while just 2 weeks ago they were over 99.

ANY direction I can get in this regard would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much!
