hi everyone
i'm a waiter/bartender and my face is part of the things i have to take care of if i wanna make a bit of money in this indsutry.i had surgery on nov 2008 to extract a lipoma on my forehead.on december 2009 i had to have surgery again because it seemed the lipoma came back. however, my doctor realized that what i had inside was something that loooked like fat tissue, almost like the white threads you see in a steak.some of this "fat" was going through my muscles so he couldnt extract all ofit. he told me this is probably residues of blood and other fluids that got trapped inside my forehead from the first operation. my doctor told me after my second operation that the sweling would disappear in 3 months but he didnt guarantee anything. however, after a month,my hard bump came back again for the third time!!he told me this bump wasn't an hypretrophic or keloid scar but he still injected some cortisone to reduce the swelling but nothing happened. this bump is hard but when i massage it i can make it smaller. however it gets very sensitive and reddish so i can`t do it everyday. as soon as i stop doing this the bump goes back to its original size the very next day. I`m scared wathever is inside will calcify or get bigger and stay there for the rest of my life. This thing is already hard to the touch in some areas even when i apply lots of presssure.

thank you for your help
