  • Ask your doctor to run a Health Panel Test.I am under the impression that your hepatic function is a bit out of whack. If your protein is high you may want to have a Hepatitis spin done as well. But I would not worry, it might be just a toxic overload. Time to cleanse the liver.Do your symptoms get worst about 2 to 4 hours after eating?

  • No..normally it's the same before eating and after eating.Hmm- you may want to survey your dietary habits for possible triggers.Avoid sugar, milk, wheat, and processed foods. This is your body's way of telling you something.Visit your doctor and a doctor of holistic medicine or oriental medicine doctor.Traditional medicine often ignore these symptoms. Don't be sad or discouraged. Trust me, it is not "mental".Take Care.

You are already communicating with your body, so you are in the path for healing. It is in our nature to heal, heal, heal- so don't worry. You'll heal. You just need to supply your system with healing tools. There is tons of research out there who points out the level of toxicity and allergens found in milk, sugar, and wheat. Sugar is man-made and the sicknesses that it unleashed were not known before the year 1750.It takes a while to feel so sick. Toxins accumulate in the body for years.Same thing with artificial sweeteners. They break the DNA of the cells, so the cells degenerate, grow and cause awful diseases.Rice alone is not bad food. But remember that people who eat unrefined rice are always better off than people who eat white rice. White rice has been stripped out of its nutrients. Also, rice is sorta acidic, but it works great with alkaline foods like string beans, broccoli, spinach, garlic, etc (yum). Learn the balance between alkaline and acidic food. There are studies pointing at wheat as a possible offender to the intestines. Also, stay away from non steroidal pain killers, such as ibuprofen, as they really, really really altered the body's chemistry. Also check this link's response about the immune system.http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=7622Take Care.
