please help me,

i have a heart disease called rheumatic heart disease,my doctor said i should have an operation to replace my heart valve.what should i do since i cannot afford to have that operation.im just a poor person.so would you please help me.Im knocking to your golden heart,a single coin can help me a lot.thank you very much!may GOD blkess you!!!!!!!!!!!
