I am asking for help! Thank you very much in advance.

I had a major surgery to remove a kidney cancer on 2/15/2011. Unfortunately, I am having lymphatic leakage since then. My doctor drained the fluid three times since he found out the problem in mid-March (9 liters on 3/25, 7.5 liters on 4/3 and 6 liters on 4/20). I have been on a very low fat diet (15 g fat each day) since 3/25. However, the leakage doesn't seem stop.
I have two questions:

1. Do you know any doctor(s) who is good at treating the leakage so that I can arrange for a consultation?
2. Any good treatment plan?

Thank you very much for your help.
