  • Have you tried accupuncture or chinese sinseh(doctor)'s therapy like rubbing and adjusting your blood flow using medicated oil? I've heard of cases where accupuncture helps with migraine and headache..might be caused by "excess heat" in your body or brain.I encourage you to try it. Because western medicine for headaches are generally painkillers that suppress your "nerves" to block the pain..so it doesn't really cure. I had pain on the back of my ankle which was actually caused by some nerves being blocked...after some needles poking, the pain just left!!!

  • Try a cup of coffee right when you feel then coming on. Also, watch your diet--or--change your diet; get food allergy testing and check your house/car for any sources of gas leaks.
