My 16 yr old daughter has been ill for 1 1/2 trs.About 3 yrs ago she was thrown off a horse and knocked unconscious.to my knowledge, the cat scan was ok and determined a concusion.she seemed to complain of headaches more so after the accident and was treated for sinus infections. Her freshman yr she got mono and has truly not been the same since. She was diagnosed again her sophmore yr with mono and everything went to ***l in a hand basket.Horrible head pain, violent vomitting, hands, feet swell and fall asleep, and has had 5 lumbar punctures ranging from 365,255,325,300,140.Pseudo tumer has been ruled out due to normal pressure in eyes.Took part in a pain clinic at mayo ,which was worthless, however was diagnosed with restless leg and eiosinophilic esophagitis.my daughter can not go to school due to pain due to pressure, she is missing out on her junior year, her teen yrs, please, please help us as we have gone from pseudo tumer cerebrei to psychological pain, which by the way was ruled out by a psychologist,to she baffles me,to your not going to get a diagnosis, except the fact she will live in pain.....
