  • Neck pain coupled with frontal(forehead) pain may be secondary to TMJ disorder. Other symptoms can include: Ear pain, ear fullness, tinnitus, dizziness, maxillary pressure, temporal and occipital headaches, dental pain, and even throat pain. TMJ is frequently overlooked as a diagnosis. Also, even when evaluated, it can be missed. The external exam may be normal, yet palpation of the pterygoid muscles, intraorally may demostrate the source of your pain. Look up the medial and lateral pterygoids

  • Buy yoourself a good neck pillow. Find a recommended osteopath this can help. Solgar glucosamine sulphate helpa a lot. The liver detox plan Xandria Williams brings huge relief. Importantly be aware that the side effect of frequent headache tablets is a headache! Exercise to improve your circulation and drink 2 litres water daily. Good luck!
