A week ago, I noticed a hard, boney lump on my shin bone under my left knee to the right. You can see it protruding the skin and it hurts when I touch it. My knee has a dull, achy pain but I haven't hit my knee and really even worked out. Also, my leg almost feels numb. Anybody know what this good be? The lump is about the size of a quarter and feels like bone. I have had shin splints before but the lumps down my shin never felt like this.
