During the last two years i have experienced what i call a hand cramp six times; they last only about two or three seconds, i usually can work them out immediately. i don't know the cause. this is my left hand which is my writing hand; also, i have had surgery where bones have been shattered; there may have been some nerve damage. Has anyone experienced this and if so, where can I go for medical help.
