My husband has been having groin pain for almost a year now. Next week he goes to the Cleveland Clinic to see his 5th doctor trying to get a diagnosis and hopefully some help. The pain is affecting the quality of his life. Lately it almost constant. He has had bladder tests done twice, colonoscopy, finally a blood test to check his PSA last week and all of them are normal.
He is usually so tough, never gets sick and only goes to the doctor as a last resort but now he has been on probably 10 different medications including antibiotics, pain killers, anti inflammatories, bladder relaxers, etc. Nothing works. The thought he had interstitial cystitis but the last bladder test did not show any blood or ulcers in the lining so now they don't think this is what he has. We are open to any/all suggestions. Please....
