 hi everyone; i just joined this forum as i was with another one where they were kind of 'young and bouncy' came on really fast with attention; and then like a bad 'date' seem to disappear. So i looked for another one. I am 63 have a diagnosis of Mixed Personality Disorder due to childhood and lifetime trauma and abuse. I from stress developed Graves Disease (hyperthyroidism) which is an autoimmune disease. I then not being able to get free of stress especially in this crazy world, developed as my dr. who has seen me since i just turned 26 said i had Chronic Fatigue even tho' i kept saying to him when i felt like i called 'bone wrenching' tiredness. Now with previous stress due to a neighbor who was evicted i definitely have symptoms of whatever they call this illness. The depression i had before is worse now as it is secondary to depression i've had to fight my whole life. This illness seems to be complicated by 'age' environment, and many different opinions; as they say, it is a disease with a 1000 names...but lots of people are getting 'rich' convincing us that we have this...and if mental problems or history of mental problems, where does that leave us? Please post and give me your opinions. I am in Canada; and i think this is UK. Take care, and write. Ch.:) cuReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
