Hey guys, im a 16 year old student with a problem. Recently i got into weight lifting and i do take protein powder (specifically ON's 100% Whey).
I dont know wether or not my gas cramps (they hurt), and diarrhea are because of the protein but i am experiencing it DURING SCHOOL!
This is what i have for breakfast:
3/4 cup of oatmeal
So yeah it is pretty healthy. I just really want these gas cramps to stop! its ruining my school days as i am constantly hoping for the end of class instead of listening to the teacher.

I DO get a bubbly feeling in my stomach, followed by some gas pains.
I am often afraid to pass gas because it is foul smelling and quite loud.
After having gone to the washroom, what is found in the toilet is sort of a light brown/yellow'ish liquid.
