My son who is 11 and healthy started with the flu and a couple of days later a horrible cough. I took him back to the doctor and they said it was now bronchitis. Since then he has been having this horrible gagging and choking reflex mostly at bed time. Throughout the day when he laughs, coughs, bend down he starts to gag and choke and it lasts for hours. He has had a lot of test and x rays in different hospital. One of his specialist recommended an x ray of his head to see if it is post nasal drip. I hope this is it because his stomach is so sore from all the gagging and he ends up going to sleep around 3 am every morning.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
