i have a pain in my forearm(like the middle (from wrist to elbow)) and i dont know what it is :(.
it ONLY starts hurting when i play drums(about after one hour of playing)
it doesnt hurt when i lift weights, and i've tried stretching before i play drums and it didnt work.

and the pain is still there even after weeks of not really playing the actual drums themselves because they are not at my house.(although i sometimes air drum at home when im feelin the song)

but i would go for about once a week, and this has been going on since last may and i got my kit in february of last year. I also play metal and hard rock so i hit pretty hard plus im really skinny/lean so i dont thave very much muscle.

im really concerned about this because i am a drummer obviously and i want to keep on drumming but w/o this pain bcuz drums are my life plz help!!!
and sry for the bad description i just wanted to include as much details as possible wat can i do to get rid of this pain forever???? and btw i dnt hav medical insurance(poor family) otherwise i'd go to a doctor.
