I had a flu shot and pneumonia shot yesterday. Today my blood sugars are testing high. is this normal?

  • Yes it is possible. These vaccines help you to build up your own immune system. You body in response to this will naturally produce a response. It's like if you were sick and your body was fighting off an infection - your sugars go up. If your on insulin sliding scale - just adjust your dose accordingly
