Fibromyalgia and cervical tumour

Hi there,
I'm 42 and around 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I developed the symptoms after coming off prozac for the first time in 6 years. I came off it too soon and within 6 weeks I becamse so crippled I could barely walk. After resuming prozac, the symptoms of Fibro were not as bad though they did not go away. Some days I could move about with relative ease and some days I was in so much pain and so exhausted I could barely move.
Early this year I had a large (Soccer ball sized) tumour removed from my cervix - (along with the cervix). Amazingly enough my Fibro symptoms dissappeared almost immedietly, however a couple of months ago, I was feeling so good I decided to ease off prozac - I'd been on it again, since first diagnosed with Fibro. It's been around a month since I stopped it altogether and now the syptoms of Fibro are back.
Any ideas what I can do? - I really don't want to go back on Prozac if I can help it, I think it has resulted in me finding it very hard to lose weight.
I eat very healthily - I am a vegetarian and I started to go to the gym about a month ago. I can do the exercises ok but when I stop I can barely move for pain. The pain does not get me down as much as the sheer exhaustion.
Cheers and thanks:o
