like every M-F, I woke up to the alarm. the only difference this morning is that my knees or legs didn't want to walk. I fell on the floor and sat there for a couple of seconds trying to get up. It felt like my legs fell asleep. don't know if I was half asleep or what. The rest of the day and still now in the evening, my legs feel like i've been sitting on an airplane for hours. they feel a bit numb and stiff at the same time. i was driving back in the evening and I felt vertigo; lost focus while driving for 2-3 seconds.
This has never happened to me before. I'm a 26yr old male. work out 4 times a week. and work M-F at an office. I try and get up to take breaks often and keep hydrated. I try and eat healthy as well. I have been taking workout supplements for just over a month now. I used to go running at least 3 times a week for at least two miles, but not anymore.
I was thinking it might be anxiety. been thinking of work among other things.
I went to the doctor about two months ago and the nurse told me i had high blood pressure.
