Some doctors say it is panic attacks, others say Bell's Palsy. I could be having the best time, then all of a sudden while reading or just picking something up from the floor; it starts. The left side of my face tingles and then my jaw locks up. I can hardly feel the roof of my mouth. I've been giving Xanax, its not working. It only last a short time, I'm really worried. Now my left cheek swells, once the attack is over the swelling is gone. I'm alert and can tell you everything thats going on; that is once the attach is over. October 9th is my 39th birthday. I have had two surgeries this year, a hysterectomy and my gall bladder removed. Could this be part of the problem? If someone can help, please do.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
