during the past 4 months ive had 3 cases of swelling of the face. the first 2 were about 2 months apart and occurred in the lip. my lip would begin to tingle a little bit then swell to about 3 times its normal size in the matter of 1-2 hours. it would go away with ice and ibuprofen but would take almost 5 or 6 hours to be completely unnoticable. the 3rd time, my chin started to tingle the same way, but was really itchy. i naively satisfied the itch which just seems to make it even worse. i iced it for an hour or two and it still seemed to be getting worse. any idea what is causing this? i couldn't find any patterns between the 3 like diet, medication, exercise, weather, allergiesor anything like that.
emails would be greatly appreciated or replies to this thread. thanks for your time!
