I am a 35 year old male, 6'3", 175 lbs.

My symptoms (past 20 years) are extreme fatigue, social anxiety, frequent panic attacks, depression, some food sensitivities (whey, soy, fatty foods), slightly elevated blood glucose (fasting 105), clammy hands, and occasional numbness in lips (past 2 years).

I have a family history of bipolar and diabetes (not sure which type).

I appreciate any ideas/insights.

One thing that stood out to me was the extreme fatigue which I have quite often. The only thing beyond the obvious possibilities of bipolar, depression, or anxiety might be celiac. I seem to be on a kick lately about that though. You can see my other posts and understand why.

For my husband who is 47, that would be high, but that might be due to his age... Seeing a psych doc might not be a bad idea to get help with some of the symtoms you listed as long as there isn't something else causing them, like a vitamin deficiency. I had/have food sensitivities, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, clammy hands and trouble digesting some foods. I have b12 deficiency and these (except the glucose) are a lot of the symptoms related to it. I'm hoping my depression and anxiety gets better with the b12 treatment. You can check out this thread: http://forums.wrongdiagnosis.com/showthread.php?t=9948It should take you to "B12 is commonly misdiagnosed" I think it takes you to the last page but I'm not sure. For my digestion problems, I take enzymes now and it has helped a great deal. If you use iherb you can get $5 dollars off your first order by using code COD824. I hope this helps and that you are able to resolve these problems. :) Lisa
