extreme abdominal discomfort

For almost a month now I've been having sharp pains in my stomach. Now, I usually get extremely stressed out by things and worry a lot and every time this happens my stomach feels like it's pulsing or downright hurts.

The pain is now mainly right above and right below my belly button and is extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. I can't even tell when I'm hungry because the pain overrides any signs of an empty stomach. This is bad for me as I have low blood sugar problems so if I don't eat I feel almost paralyzed, but I don't want to over eat, too.

Anything I eat goes right through me and I've been going to the bathroom almost five times a day, compared to maybe once a day. It feels like there's a lot of air bubbling up inside my stomach and this causes it to make extremely loud and irritating noises. I've tried to take Tums, an enzyme pill that usually tones down the pain and even peppermint to soothe it but NOTHING is working. Whenever I feel excited, stressed out, and upset my stomach pain automatically flares up and it's starting to worry me.

Can somebody provide me with some ideas as to what I should do?
