My 70yo mom has pancreatic cancer, had PPPD in Dec. Receiving gemcitabine 80% every 2 weeks palliative. Takes CREON enzymes, no steroids with chemo. lost 20kg since the surgery, keeps loosing weight, has diarrhea often. Pale stul. since 1,5 months she is always hungry, she eats every 2 hours. Sometimes she is hungry again just 30 min after finishing a meal. Her sugar is ok. Why is that?
