Hi Noora66, After arrousal and getting into climax i failed to ejaculate If I am to have a shot at this, I need more specific information. When you say "... getting into climax" and "i failed to ejaculate". What exactly do you mean? "getting into climax" means You reach the point of ejaculatory inevitability? You feel the orgasm part (separate from ejaculation, two different things"You almost reach ejaculatory inevitabilityYou don't reach ejaculatory inevitability but ? "I failed to ejaculate" means? All the muscular contractions happen after reaching ejaculatory inevitability but no semen comes out, a dry ejaculation as it were as may happen with prepubescent boys?None of the contractions occur, no semen? The semen flows out without the contractions and hence no spurts as such. The feeling of orgasm is present, or not present? Is this then followed by a refractory period in which an erection can't happen again for a while? or a sudden increase in sensitivity? or an ongoing continuous erection and orgasm occurs for the duration of stimulation but without spurts of semen? or the erection doesn't go away as following an ejaculation? or is it a retrograde ejaculation where the sphincters don't open correctly and the semen goes into the bladder to be expelled later with urine? or what exactly? As you see there are quite a few possibilities. Did this change just recently or has it been going on for some while? There can be any number of causes for different things from vitamin deficiencies to physical blockages to neurological changes to much practice and training.
