I have a bit of a funny thing happening occasionally.
For one year, I have had three "attacks" of this. None of them worse than the first but the fact that its continuing makes me wonder what it is.
I feel an inner ear pressure/sinus pressure. Its not easy to describe. Its like my ears fill up and my head does as well which makes me anxious and occasionally when it builds up, it can even cause an eye twitch.
I have hayfever but these events happen out of season. I rarely get headaches or any other symptoms mentioned in the site. Its like a build up of pressure in my head that I cant get rid of by yawning or blowing my nose. My ears pop but the pressure is still there.
It could have something to do with an ear/sinus infection. It would make sense, but the pressure build up to eye twitching throws me off.
Would like a working theory before I go to have my head examined. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
