I have severe neuropathy, bad enough to keep me up most night. I have tried b12 in the past and didn't notice much. This time I decided to try a really high dosage and for the first time I am noticing some relief. I am taking Jarrow methyl 5,000 mcgs x6, all at bedtime, one after the other. Has anyone else found that they require dosages this high?
