I have severe neuropathy pain, bad enough to not allow me to sleep most nights. I have tried b12 in the past but didn't notice much. This time I decided to try a really high dose. I am taking Jarrow 5,000 mcgs x6 for a total of 30,000 mcgs or 30 mgs, all at bedtime, and one after the other. For the first time I am feeling some relief. Has anyone else required this high a dosage to get results?
