for the last year or so i have been experienceing dizziness on a daily basis. i also have daily headaches which i've had all my life. my doctor says they are migraine headaches that just cause dizziness, but shouldd i get them every single day? the dizzy spells usually last from 15 min. to an hour or so and usually i get this 2 to 3 times a day. isn't there anything i can do to reduce these episodes or completely get rid of them?
