Please help !!!!. I am a marathon runner for the past 6 years. Since 2008 i experienced muscle pains all over my body even when i am not running. I even quit running for 6 to 8 months with no success. My muscles tend to pain inside , i feel "stiff" even by doing stretching exercises . I was diagnosed with a blood sugar problem 20 years back and also have a little bit gout. I stopped drinking coke, coffee,alcohol.The day after exercising my hips become so painful that it is difficult to walk.
