19 yr old male presented with history of night blindness and decreased urine output as well as swelling face,on examination he was
having retinitis pigmentosa on fundus examination , position and vibratory sense impairement , absent DTRs . also he was diagnosed as
case of chronic renal failure with anemia and hypertension.
