Foggy head, palpitations and anxiety. Recently I have experienced panic attacks that are frightening. Have had a cardiac work up and everything ok. Was told it is stress and hormones. I am 44. Very hard to deal with but started reading a book called Panic Away and it is helping with the symptoms. Many people feel this way but don't always talk about it because they say people think they are crazy. I too had post partum depression after birth of first child and hyperthyroid problem after second. Both are resolved now but all can cause anxiety. I can't take SSRI meds because worsen symptoms. I Take it day by day and try not to focus on it when I feel it. Exercise really helps too. Hope you feel better.
